Body Zone is under new ownership as of June 2019. Stephanie Todd founded the gym in 2003 and we were clients number 8 and 9. We are Ian & Mande John. We are born and raised in Blythe, California and we love our desert town on the Colorado river but most especially we love the people. We were thankful for the opportunity to take over the gym and offer this much needed service to our community. Body Zone is a 24 hour key card entry membership gym. We have cardio equipment, machines, cables, free weights and much more. We also have an outdoor area with battle ropes, tires, sand bags, hammers, a free standing punching bag and a sled. Body Zone is an air conditioned facility. We provide lockers, filtered water, a charging station as well as television & music for your entertainment. We often work with those in the area for a short time for projects with a short term membership and we do day passes during office hours. Training, weight loss and nutrition coaching is available.
My wife and I have a passion for bodybuilding and we both have very active and demanding careers, so to stay fit is a must. Being active members of the Body Zone has helped us to achieve these goals. Not only is the environment very clean, but it’s friendly. With Mande and Ian’s positive attitude they always welcome new ideas, equipment and help to improve your goals. So thank you Body Zone for all you do.
This gym is by far my favorite. It’s clean and well organized. It’s new owners have taken it a step further and have made it feel more welcoming and have added new equipment since it’s been taken over. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 24hr gym where you can workout anytime of the day at your own convenience.
This place is awesome. Clean all the time. They keep it cool in the summer. Been going here for 16 years. Way to go BODY ZONE!
Thank you Body Zone!!! With Ian’s help, I was able to lose over 100lbs and learn a new way to approach dieting. The gym has everything you need for all fitness levels and is always super clean.
I love the Body Zone! Joining the gym was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Mande and Ian keep the gym clean and they are always looking for better ways to improve it. If any of the equipment breaks they work hard to get it repaired ASAP. They have also invested in a second squat rack, training bands, etc. You can tell this is more than just a business for them. They really care about their clients and do everything they can to help.
